This Privacy Policy explains what information QOTDly processes, why it is used, how it is protected, and how you can request access or deletion.

1. Who operates QOTDly

QOTDly is an independently operated Discord application by SZN (sznmovementeu), Discord UID 309666342015991808.

For general support and privacy requests, you can contact us through the QOTDly Support Server.

2. Information QOTDly processes

QOTDly processes information obtained through Discord and information generated when you use QOTDly's features. Depending on the features used, this can include:

• Discord user IDs and server IDs needed to associate QOTDly data with the correct user or server.
• Server configuration needed to operate QOTDly, such as the channel or settings selected by a server administrator.
• QOTDly gameplay and progress data, such as answers, answer activity, coins, collectibles, inventory, and other reward or leaderboard information.
• Information you provide directly when interacting with QOTDly commands or features.

QOTDly does not intentionally request passwords, Discord authentication credentials, payment card information, or sensitive personal information through its normal features.

3. How information is used

Information is used only as needed to provide and maintain QOTDly's stated functionality, including posting daily questions, recording answers, providing rewards, maintaining profiles and collections, operating shops, and calculating leaderboards.

We may also use limited technical information when necessary to secure, troubleshoot, maintain, or improve the service.

4. Discord data

QOTDly is a third-party Discord application. Discord controls the Discord platform and its own processing of personal data. QOTDly only processes the Discord information it needs for its own stated functionality and does not control Discord's separate privacy practices.

5. Sharing and service providers

QOTDly does not sell personal information. Information may be processed by hosting, database, or other infrastructure providers used to operate the service, where necessary for QOTDly to function.

Information may also be disclosed where required by applicable law or where necessary to protect the service, its users, or legal rights.

6. Retention

QOTDly retains information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the relevant features, maintain legitimate operational records, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, or protect the service.

8. Deleting your QOTDly data

You can request deletion of data associated with your Discord account. If a request is valid and no legal or operational reason requires continued retention, the relevant data will be deleted within a reasonable period.

Removing QOTDly from a server does not necessarily delete historical user or server data automatically. A deletion request can be made through the support channel.

9. Security

Reasonable technical and organizational measures are used to protect QOTDly data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

10. Children

QOTDly is operated through Discord and is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from anyone who is not permitted to use Discord or Discord's developer services under the applicable age requirements.
