Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of QOTDly, including the QOTDly Discord application and this website.

Effective date: October 4, 2026

1. About QOTDly

QOTDly is a Discord application that provides a Question of the Day and related features such as answers, Mystery Boxes, coins, collectibles, shops, profiles, and leaderboards.

2. Acceptance

By adding QOTDly to a Discord server, using its commands or features, or using this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use QOTDly.

3. Discord

QOTDly operates through Discord and is subject to Discord's applicable Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, Developer Terms, and Developer Policy. QOTDly is an independent third-party application and is not owned, endorsed, or operated by Discord.

4. Use of QOTDly

You may use QOTDly only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and the rules that apply to Discord.

You must not attempt to interfere with QOTDly, its infrastructure, its database, or its normal operation. You must not attempt to exploit bugs, bypass restrictions, gain unauthorized access, or use QOTDly to distribute malicious or unlawful content.

5. Server administration

Server administrators are responsible for deciding whether QOTDly is appropriate for their server and for configuring it appropriately. Administrators are also responsible for ensuring that their server's use of QOTDly complies with applicable rules and laws.

6. Rewards and virtual items

Coins, collectibles, Mystery Box rewards, leaderboard positions, and other QOTDly rewards are virtual features with no cash value unless explicitly stated otherwise. They are not real currency and cannot be exchanged for money.

Reward availability, values, drop rates, item availability, and other game mechanics may be changed, removed, or adjusted at any time.

7. Availability and changes

QOTDly is provided on an ongoing basis, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. Features may be updated, temporarily unavailable, discontinued, or changed as the project develops.

We may update these Terms when necessary. Continued use of QOTDly after an updated version is published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

8. Suspension and termination

Access to QOTDly may be restricted or terminated where reasonably necessary to protect the service, its users, its infrastructure, or to address abuse, violations of these Terms, or violations of applicable rules.

9. Disclaimer

QOTDly is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. No guarantee is made that the service will always be available, error-free, or that stored game progress or virtual items will always remain available.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operator of QOTDly will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or other losses arising from your use of or inability to use QOTDly.

12. Governing law

These Terms are subject to the mandatory laws that apply to the operator and the user. Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove or restrict rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
